Shirley was a retired nurse from the Culpeper Health Center and the Pastor of the Harvest Rock Revival Center in Yellow Spring, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, daughter, Sandra Dawn Riley; brothers, Buddy Mills and Forrest E. Mills, Jr.
Survivors include her parents, Forrest and Mattie Mills of Stephen City, VA; children, James Riley, April Smith (Rick), Kimberly Moneymaker, Charles H. Moneymaker, Joshua Moneymaker; grandchildren, Sandra Smith and Rickey Smith; brothers, Jerry Mills (Teresa), and Steven Mills; sisters, Brenda Mallery (Kevin) and Phyllis Moneymaker.
