Joanna Mallard (Wood) (1969)

COINER, Cynthia Gillum, of Midlothian, passed away on January 16, 2013.  She is survived by her husband, William Coiner; children, Cory Clayton (Signe and grandson, Noah), Cara Clayton, Wil Coiner and Jenny Coiner; her devoted mother, Mardi Gillum; her sisters, Debby Milligan (Dick) and Melanie Przybocki (Dave); nieces, Mollie, Caroline (Eric), Meredith (James and little Ian); and nephew, Rob. 

Cindy worked with Virginia Department of Social Services as a Legislative Policy Analyst for the Child Support Division during most of her 37-year career, helping children have the opportunity they deserve while trying to maintain the love and nurturing of their families. She was a graduate with honors of Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, Georgia.  Cindy gave the gift of life by donating her organs to save the life of others.  Private interment is at Stonewall Memory Gardens, in Manassas, VA.  Contributions can be made online at www.RAL.org, Richmond Animal League.
