COINER, Cynthia Gillum, of Midlothian, passed away on January 16, 2013. She is survived by her husband, William Coiner; children, Cory Clayton (Signe and grandson, Noah), Cara Clayton, Wil Coiner and Jenny Coiner; her devoted mother, Mardi Gillum; her sisters, Debby Milligan (Dick) and Melanie Przybocki (Dave); nieces, Mollie, Caroline (Eric), Meredith (James and little Ian); and nephew, Rob.
Cindy worked with Virginia Department of Social Services as a Legislative Policy Analyst for the Child Support Division during most of her 37-year career, helping children have the opportunity they deserve while trying to maintain the love and nurturing of their families. She was a graduate with honors of Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, Georgia. Cindy gave the gift of life by donating her organs to save the life of others.
